This picture of Link battle damaged in "Breath of the Wild" essentially sums up my relentless efforts to finish my Adventure game. It truly is almost finished at this point. All I have to do is reorganize the layout a little bit and get things in different spots so that the game is balanced.

I was hoping to have the game done by today, but alas, I could only get to being almost done.

This screenshot was my first attempt at trying to get the different sets of music to play at certain times. It worked somewhat, but Shawn told me that the best thing to do was to tag the music and call it in the code accordingly. And that worked!

This screenshot shows the code I made for when the player leaves the dungeon; the music stops as soon as they collide with the Teleporter.

For Figure Tuesday, I drew Dr. Rodney Rathbone, a British detective who is the leader of the group the Monster Fighters and is the main protagonist of the LEGO Monster Fighters theme from 2012.

Rodney's main weapon of choice is a rapier; a sword ideal for fencing.

Rathbone's secondary weapon is the Remington 1875.
Place of origin: America
Magazine: 6 rounds
Range: 55 yards
Caliber: .45 Long Colt
Extra Features: Stainless Steel Finish, Wooden Grip, Milled Groove Rear Sights, Front Blade Sights.
Type: Revolver

I got the revolver idea from the LEGO sets of the movie "The Lone Ranger." In those sets, they introduced a new pair of revolver props for the Lone Ranger minifigure. Most likely, they're based off the Colt Single Action Army revolver...

But in the movie, the Lone Ranger uses not only a Colt Single Action Army revolver, but also a Remington 1875 revolver, which is the same caliber as a Colt Single Action Army, .45 Long Colt. The Remington 1875 also uses a gate on the right hand side of the gun to load the bullets individually into the bullet chamber just like the Colt Single Action Army instead of a swing-out cylinder like modern revolvers.

Picture of the LEGO minifigure of Dr. Rodney Rathbone for clarity.

And that's all I have for this week. I hereby leave you with this picture I made dedicated in memory to actor Alec Guinness, who passed away on this day in the year 2000.
