G3 Work

As the title of this blog states, I've been mostly busy with G3 work. That being said, I don't have that much to show, but that doesn't mean I have nothing to show.
For starters, there's a game I recently finished called "Playing With Food." This was my entry for the Fight Club that went from November 19th to December 17th.

Other things I've been working on are brand new Agents vehicles. Just like the USS Orca, they are hybrids of submarines and other warships.
First, there's the USS Cloak; a dolphin-shaped vessel that's half-submarine, half-destroyer.

Next is the USS Dagger; another dolphin-shaped vessel that's half-submarine, half-destroyer. Although identical in appearance to the USS Cloak, the USS Dagger is different in that it is more heavily armored. The reason why is because the agents who operate it are known for using a unique battle tactic: Ramming into enemy ships. Hence its name. Both the Cloak and the Dagger are equipped with Sky Shark missiles, Sobek torpedos, Eshu anti-torpedo decoys, a Laser Rocket turret, and two GAU-19 minigun turrets.

Finally, there's the USS Pickerel; named after the carnivorous fish. The Pickerel is a submarine that has the armor and weapon configuration of the Iowa-class battleship. As such, it has three turrets that each have three M102 Howitzers, six turrets each with two Bofors L/60 cannons, and four GAU-12 minigun turrets. All of these weapons may not be the ones found on the Iowa-class battleships, but this is also a design choice as the Agents prefer to have control over their weapons' lethality. Additionally, the USS Pickerel is much smaller in size in comparison to an Iowa-class battleship, so smaller weapons needed to be used in order to fit onto the vessel.

The goal now is to model and draw the last Agents submarine hybrid vehicle I have planned, and that's the USS Newt; a submarine that doubles as an amphibious assault ship. But of course, I'll still be doing G3 work too.
