Short but productive.

With the optional day this week due to President's Day, I took the time to catch up on other characters I haven't drawn in a while.

Over the 3-day weekend, I spent the time drawing Team RWBY as members of the Agents for my "Agents" comic book series. Team RWBY, for those who don't know, are characters from the Rooster Teeth show "RWBY." This team of huntresses-in-training consists of Ruby Rose the leader, Weiss Schnee the mannered person who thinks she's superior to everyone, Blake Belladonna the cat Faunus, and Ruby's older half-sister Yang Xiao Long.

Of course, Monster Monday didn't happen, so I got nothing creature-related to share.

For Figure Tuesday, however, I continued with my RWBY/Agents pictures and made Team JNPR, another team which, like Team RWBY, is a team of huntsmen and huntresses-in-training. This team consists of Jaune Arc, the bumbling but fearless leader, Nora Valkyrie, the boop-loving powerhouse, Pyrrha Nikos, the strategic and intelligent fighter of the group, and Lie Ren, the calm and serious member of the group who is also Nora's childhood friend.

For 3D Art Jam Thursday, I made the equipment of the Space Police, inspired by the LEGO theme of the same name. Equipment from left to right: Riot Shield, Blaster Pistol, Baton, Mindwiper, Hologram Projector, Handcuffs.

Most of the idea came from the 2009 LEGO Space Police theme, but I also took inspiration from the Space Police Officer minifigure from the 21st series of LEGO collector minifigures.

I got the idea for the Hologram projector from one of the cutscenes in the Nintendo DS game "LEGO Battles," in which the Space Police chief pulls out a hologram projector to show an astronaut and a robot that are both from the Mars Mission team that he's looking for the alien criminal Kranxx.

When the astronaut and robot both shrug, indicating that they don't know who Kranxx is or where he could be, the Space Police chief pulls out a device that flashes a bright light, erasing the memory of the robot and astronaut in a similar manner to the memory erasing gadget from the movie "Men In Black" (1997). This device was what inspired me to make the device that I have called the "Mindwiper."

Another thing I made during 3D Art Jam Thursday that's in my Agents comic book series is the Comet, inspired by the motorcycle of the same name in the games Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Driver: Agent Hotman

Performance: 1,250 HP

Top Speed: 300mph

Extra Features: Floatation Tires, Rotating Axles, Sidecar Attachment.

Type: Custom/1943 BMW R75/2000 Triumph Speed Triple 955i

In the story, the Agents build the Comet out of a 2000 Triumph Speed Triple 955i, a motorcycle ridden by Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt in "Mission Impossible II" (2000). Yes, he popped a wheelie with it. MULTIPLE wheelies, might I add.

The sidecar of the Comet was taken from the 1943 BMW R75 motorcycle ridden by Harrison Ford and Sean Connery as Indiana Jones and Henry Jones Sr. in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" (1989). Some people might disagree and say that the bike is a Dnepr rather than a BMW, but I personally think it's a BMW. The real funny thing is, the model is from 1943. The film takes place in 1938.

All that aside, that's all I have for the week!
